Since 1948 AIESEC has been sending students from around the world on the WAP.

As the years have passed and AIESEC has grown so have the opportunities we offer.

With our network stretching across 107 countries we were able to facilitate over

11,000 exchanges globally in 2010.


AIEEC Southampton help you every step of the way on your AIESEC Experience.

From helping you to navigate around our extensive database of internships to

welcoming you back to the UK after your time abroad we are there for you.


The WAP programme is run completely by students from all around the globe. The

network enables you to have the support from AIESEC at your home university

alongside the host AIESEC when you are abroad.


Through the programme we hope to challenge your worldviews, expand your

horizons and to help you develop skills beyond your degree discipline.

Access Global Talent with AIESEC


AIESEC Southampton, the Southampton branch of the world’s largest student-run organization spanning 107 countries,is giving UK companies in the Southern region the opportunity to connect with top-level international talent thanks to its Access Global Talent programme.




What can AIESEC do for your organisation? 


AIESEC UK’s Access Global Talent Programme focuses on linking UK companies with top international talent for internships and work placements

				in a variety of fields. We place overseas undergraduates,

				graduates and postgraduates with relevant work experience with UK companies.
					


We can provide candidates with particular language skills or from specific countries of interest,

				meaning they will have foreign market and cultural knowledge
					


We provide hard-to-find skill sets

					and address talent pipeline issues by providing the top graduates of today who will be the leaders of your

				organisation tomorrow who have strong soft skills, a global mindset and leadership qualities.
					


Which companies participate in Access Global Talent? 




Countless organisations, from multinationals to SMEs, charities and the public sector participate, including Alcatel Lucent, DHL, Tata Consultancy Services, Macmillan Cancer Support, Glasgow City Council, Mars and Sara Lee.
